Charter of Recruitment

The CIT implements a step of Recruitment which consists in seeking the adequacy of the candidate with their future functions and responsibilities by reconciling blooming for the people and the effectiveness for the Company.


By this Charter, the collaborators having the responsibility for recruitment engage with:

  6. To formulate appreciations limited to the only professional prospects for recruitment.
  7. To hold informed its interlocutors in the Company and the candidate of the recruitment evolution.
